Terms of Service
Last updated 26 August 2026. Prepared without independent legal review; if you have concerns about how these Terms apply to you, contact us using the details in Section 14.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Jenny ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What Jenny Is
Jenny is an AI chat platform. A free tier is available (with occasional advertising); a paid tier removes ads and may offer additional limits or features. Responses are generated by a self-hosted AI model and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation — see Section 6.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Jenny. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person unless we've agreed otherwise with you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, or to generate content that harms others
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with safety or moderation systems
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell access to the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product from its outputs
- Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access to it
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. AI-Generated Content — Please Read
Jenny Cassi (and the underlying model) makes mistakes. Responses are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing Jenny produces is professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise — and you shouldn't treat it as such. Verify anything important independently before relying on it.
7. Free Tier, Ads, and Paid Tier
Free-tier accounts see occasional advertising (served via Google AdSense) alongside responses. Ads are placed based on display logic only — they do not influence what the model generates. The paid tier removes ads and may offer additional benefits, billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe); you can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't store your card details ourselves — Stripe handles payment collection directly.
8. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you're a consumer based in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days from subscribing to cancel for a full refund, without needing a reason.
By starting a paid subscription, you're asking Jenny Pro to begin immediately rather than waiting out that 14-day period first. If you cancel within the 14 days, you may still be charged a proportionate amount for the days you actually used the paid plan, rather than receiving a full refund. This is separate from — and doesn't affect — your ongoing right to cancel your subscription at any time under Section 7, which always applies in full.
9. Your Content
You retain ownership of what you send Jenny. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and transmit that content as needed to provide the Service (including generating a response and maintaining your conversation history). See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
10. Moderation
Automated systems review content for safety and legal compliance. Some categories of content are always blocked regardless of account type. We may review flagged interactions as part of operating and improving the Service.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, William Graves Corporation Ltd (trading as Will Graves Co) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
